Anti-Trust Law

Advice

The anti-trust law seeks to promote free, market-based order. For this purpose, it limits the admissibility of competition agreements, imposes obligations as to the conduct of market dominant companies and ensures that mergers of a certain threshold value are subjected to merger control.

We advise businesses on all questions relating to anti-trust law, in particular in drawing up of agreements, examining their behaviour in the market and analysing the business practices of partners in the market and of competitors. We represent businesses in matters before the competition authorities, as well as in civil cases involving issues relating to anti-trust law.

Since the introduction of direct sanctions, practices in contravention with anti-trust law are associated with considerable risks; we assist businesses to organise compliance programs and in-house training courses for employees.

Legal Disputes

For any disputes relating to anti-trust law, we enforce your rights against third parties or assist in defending any actions brought against you by third parties or competition authorities under anti-trust law.
